FreshNest is led by a mother daughter duo who believe a clean home and rental is about more than appearances.

It is about comfort, care, and the thoughtful details that make a space feel ready to be lived in.

We have always noticed those details when we travel. Beds turned down just right. Towels folded with intention. A home that feels considered the moment you walk through the door.

FreshNest grew out of that shared mindset and a deep appreciation for hosting done well.

Sara Beth

Nest Keeper in Chief

Sara Beth oversees operations, systems, owner relationships, and billing for FreshNest. She is responsible for building the infrastructure that keeps turnovers running smoothly, calendars aligned, and communication clear. With a strong background in hospitality and logistics, she ensures every service is reliable, scalable, and easy for clients to trust. If things feel organized, predictable, and calmly handled behind the scenes, that is by design.

Pamela

Head of Sparkle and Training

Pamela leads training, quality standards, and hands-on team development. She sets the bar for what “done right” looks like and makes sure every cleaner knows how to spot and deliver the details guests notice most. Her eye for care, consistency, and presentation shapes how FreshNest shows up in every space. If something feels extra crisp, thoughtfully placed, or quietly perfect, chances are Pamela had a hand in it.
